Salon Booking Policy

To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review our booking and service policies below:

1. Deposit & Booking Confirmation

  • A $30 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to review and understand all service details before making a booking. Prices and service specifications are clearly provided. Clients should contact us via SMS if they have any questions before confirming their appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable due to transaction fees and operating costs.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final bill.

  • Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

  • If additional services are required, please note them at the time of booking.

2. Late Arrivals & Cancellations

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Please notify us as early as possible if you are running late or need to reschedule.

3. Hair-Up & Bridal Services

  • Hair-Up: Any style requiring hair clips or pins is considered a hair-up service and charged accordingly.

  • Bridal / Special Occasion: Any event that requires long-lasting, detailed styling (e.g., weddings, proms, formal events) is classified as bridal.

  • Bridal services require a trial appointment. Trial appointments are not available in November and December.

4. Client Honesty & Hair History

  • Clients are required to honestly provide complete and accurate information about their hair history, including any chemical treatments, coloring, smoothing, or similar processes.

  • Failure to disclose this information may result in less-than-expected outcomes or damage/breakage.

  • Stylists will do their best based on the information provided, but any unsatisfactory results due to incomplete or inaccurate disclosure will not be the salon’s responsibility.

5. Consultations

  • All services begin with an in-person consultation to assess hair, discuss goals, and align expectations.

  • Phone or online consultations are not offered.

  • A final quote can only be given after consultation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if expectations cannot be safely or realistically achieved, or if stylist availability, health, or safety concerns prevent safe service.

6. Refunds, Corrections & Conduct​

  • Refunds are not issued for a change of mind once the service has been completed.

  • Any concerns or issues must be submitted in writing with photos within 3 days of the service.

  • Continuous phone calls, harassment, unreasonable demands, or verbal abuse/disrespect toward staff will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.

7. Day-of Adjustments

  • Additions on the day are subject to stylist availability and remaining appointment time.

  • Reductions on the day may still be charged based on the original time allocated.

  • This ensures fair treatment for clients who book high-value or time-intensive services.

8. Out-of-Hours Bookings

  • Out-of-hours appointments are available with 24 hours’ notice.

  • A 30%–50% surcharge applies for out-of-hours bookings.

  • Availability is limited and subject to stylist discretion.

9. Agreement & Final Interpretation

  • By booking or receiving services, clients agree to all policies stated here.

  • We reserve the right to the final interpretation of these terms and conditions.

  • We value all clients and strive to provide the best service, but unreasonable demands, abusive behavior, or attempts to bypass policies will not be tolerated.
