Salon Booking Policy
To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review our booking and service policies below:
1. Deposit, Booking & Pricing

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received.

Deposits are non-refundable due to transaction fees and operating costs and will be deducted from the final bill.

Clients must review and understand all service details, including prices, length/volume policies, and suitability, before booking. By confirming an appointment, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to the service conditions. Any issues or misunderstandings arising from failure to review or clarify details beforehand are the client’s responsibility.
Clients are welcome to contact us via SMS before confirming if they have any questions. -
Please select your current hair length when booking, not the length you plan to cut to.
If the selected length does not match the actual hair length on arrival, service time allocation may be affected, which can impact the final result. This is to ensure sufficient time is reserved for your service and the best possible outcome. Above Shoulder = Hair ends between the chin and just above the shoulder, does not touch the shoulders; Above Mid-Back = Hair ends below the shoulders and above the bra-strap line -
If additional services are required, please note them at the time of booking.

Chemical Services Pricing
All chemical services are priced as “from” estimates.
Estimated prices can be found in the service details. The final price will be confirmed after the in-person consultation, based on hair length, density, condition, and desired outcome.
2. Late Arrivals, Reschedule, Cancellations & Possible Appointment Delays

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. ( include appointment was just booked, same-day changes may not be possible). Please choose your time carefully to ensure fair scheduling and quality service for all clients.

Please notify us as early as possible if you are running late.

Possible Appointment Delays: We always aim to run our appointments on time. However, on rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays to scheduled appointments. In such cases, we will do our best to notify clients as early as possible and minimise any inconvenience. Please note that a delay in appointment start time does not qualify as a valid reason for last-minute cancellation or refund requests. If being seen at a specific time is very important to you, we recommend booking the earliest available appointment of the day to help ensure your schedule runs as smoothly as possible.
3. Hair-Up, Styling & Blow Dry (Non-Bridal / Party)

Any hairstyle or blow dry that requires clips, pins, or other fixing to hold the style in place is classified as a hair-up service and charged accordingly.

Important: All hair-up, styling, and blow-dry services offered by the salon are intended for everyday, casual, or party occasions only.

We do not provide highly detailed, long-lasting, or bridal-level styling for weddings, formal ceremonies, or other milestone events.
Clients seeking styles for significant life events should consider specialised bridal or formal styling services elsewhere.
4. Hair History & Client Honesty

Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their hair history, including chemical treatments, colouring, smoothing, or similar processes, especially DIY colour.

Failure to disclose this information may result in unexpected outcomes or hair damage.

The salon is not responsible for results affected by incomplete or inaccurate disclosure.

For clients with a history of allergies, previous reactions to hair colour products, sensitive skin/scalp, low immunity, or for first-time colour clients, an allergy patch test is available upon request before the appointment. Unless otherwise advised by the client, we will assume there are no known allergies or sensitivities to hair colour products.
5. Consultations

All services begin with an in-person consultation to assess hair condition, discuss goals, and agree on a realistic service plan. Optimal results are achieved when the client and stylist engage in open, honest communication and cooperate fully.

By confirming the service plan, clients acknowledge that any dissatisfaction arising from incomplete disclosure, last-minute changes, or failure to follow agreed-upon recommendations is not the salon's responsibility. The outcome will be measured against the agreed plan, not prior inspirations or unmet expectations.

Phone or online consultations are not offered.
A final quote can only be provided after the consultation.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if expectations cannot be safely or realistically achieved, or if health or safety concerns arise.
6. Refunds, Corrections & Records

No refunds are provided once a service has been completed, including changes of mind, personal preference, or subjective dissatisfaction.

For quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes, parts or all stages of the service may be recorded (photo or video). Recordings are kept confidential and used internally only.

Clients are responsible for raising any concerns, expectations, or questions during the consultation stage, before the commencement of the service.

If concerns arise after the appointment, clients must notify us in writing with clear photos within 3 days of the service. All communication must be made during business hours. Repeated or excessive contact outside business hours may be considered inappropriate and may not receive a response.

Each case will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, a correction service may be offered at the salon’s discretion.
7. Day-of Adjustments

Same-day additions are subject to stylist availability and remaining appointment time.

Reductions on the day may still be charged based on the originally allocated time.

This ensures fair scheduling for all clients, particularly those booking time-intensive services.
8. Out-of-Hours Bookings
-
Out-of-hours appointments require 24 hours’ notice.
-
A 30%–50% surcharge applies.
-
Availability is limited and subject to the stylist's discretion.
9. Respectful Communication

We encourage clients to raise any concerns directly and constructively with us so that they can be addressed in a timely and professional manner.

All communication is expected to be respectful, professional, and courteous.
-
Harassment, intimidation, false accusations, defamation, or malicious statements toward the salon or staff will not be tolerated.

The salon reserves the right to refuse service, cease communication, or take appropriate action, including legal measures if necessary.
10. Agreement & Final Interpretation

By booking or receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies stated above.
