1. Client Honesty and Hair History
In order to ensure the best possible results, clients are required to provide accurate and complete information about their hair history, including any previous chemical treatments, coloring, or other processes. Failure to disclose this information may result in less-than-expected outcomes and potential damage to your hair. Your stylist will make every effort to accommodate your needs based on the information provided, but we cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results due to incomplete or inaccurate disclosure.

2. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, in order to maintain an efficient schedule and respect other clients' time, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Being late more than 15 minites without any notification, appointments will be consider as no-show. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Package Deal Pricing
Package deals are priced for short  hair only. If you have long hair, additional charges may apply based on the complexity and time required for your service. Your stylist will inform you of any additional costs before proceeding with the treatment.

5.After care

Every colour service is performed with professional-grade products and techniques. However, the longevity and condition of your colour depend heavily on how you care for your hair at home.

We strongly recommend that all clients read and follow the Colour Care Guide provided on this page. Fading, tonal changes, or colour loss can occur due to improper aftercare, environmental exposure, or use of unsuitable products.
